These terms are an agreement between you and Mo Ice Plz LLC, doing business as The Party Porch, in Spring, Texas ("we," "us"), for your use of thepartyporch.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Who can use The Party Porch

• You can plan a party without an account. To create an account, you must be 18 or older.
• Guests can RSVP without an account. Children should not create accounts or submit RSVPs; a parent or guardian should RSVP for their family.

What the Service is (and isn't)

The Party Porch gives general ideas and suggestions for planning a birthday party: themes, timelines, activities, food, shopping lists, budgets, checklists, and local vendors. Plans are created automatically from your answers.

• Suggestions are not professional advice (safety, medical, nutritional, legal, or financial).
• You are responsible for your party, including supervising children, food safety, and choosing activities that are safe for your guests.
• Tips about choking hazards, allergies, and Texas heat are general reminders, not a complete list. Always use your own judgment and follow guidance from your pediatrician and local authorities.
• Weather information comes from the National Weather Service and may be wrong or change.

Vendors and venues

• Vendors listed on The Party Porch are independent businesses. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a vendor, and we don't guarantee their prices, availability, quality, licensing, insurance, or safety.
• Prices, age ranges, and booking times are estimates we collect; always confirm directly with the vendor.
• We can't guarantee that any vendor's food is free of allergens. Ask vendors about ingredients and allergies yourself.
• Listings marked "Featured" are paid or sponsored placements. Listings marked "Sample" are made up for demonstration and are not real businesses.
• "✓ Checked by The Party Porch" means we reviewed the listing's details at that time. It is not an endorsement or a guarantee.

Your content and invitations

• You're responsible for what you enter, including party details, notes, and invitation messages.
• Only send invitations (by link or by asking us to email them) to people you know who would expect to hear from you. Don't use the Service to send spam.
• Keep your invitation link private. Anyone with the link can see the invitation and RSVP; the address is shown to guests who answer "Yes."
• Don't enter a child's last name, birthdate, school, or photo anywhere in the Service.
• You give us permission to store and display your content as needed to run the Service for you and the people you invite.

Things you agree not to do

• Break the law, harass anyone, or use the Service to collect information about other people.
• Try to access parties or data that aren't yours, overload the Service, or get around its limits.
• Copy or resell the Service or its vendor listings.

Accounts

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. We may change or stop parts of the Service, and will try to give notice of major changes.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, including that the Service will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free, or that suggestions or vendor information are complete or correct.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mo Ice Plz LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for anything arising from a party, a vendor, or a vendor's goods or services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless the law requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make important changes, we'll update the date at the top. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept them.
